Once the AD recording is complete, our partner will upload the file directly to your campaign so it can be subtitled (optional) and sent to stations.

Please note 1: DO NOT upload the file to your campaign — it will be uploaded by our AD partner once it is ready and Audio Described.

Please note 2: you must select the option With Audio Description when creating your campaign and versions on Cape Advanced TV — this will ensure the file is ready for our AD partner to upload and be quality checked properly, as well as making sure the correct destinations are selected before you press Send.

Please note 3: If your TV commercial doesn’t have the available audio space for standard audio description, an alternative solution is available: Audio description with Augmented Information (ADIA). This solution allows essential elements to be conveyed in an accessible manner, without altering the creative message or brand identity.
