Closed Captioning in Italy

Ads with Closed Captioning (CC) are only accepted by Mediaset and Sky

When creating an order, you can choose to use the captioning service by selecting Use Cape Advanced TV Italy from the drop-down menu.

When delivering to Sky the ID/file name must always end with _CC at the end (test 15sec_CC). If _CC is missing Sky will not able to handle the subtitled ad. 

Once created, the caption file is uploaded and automatically sent to broadcasters capable of handling captions.

Uploading and sending the file takes place as usual, but delivery times are different.

Regardless of the delivery method chosen (standard, express or immediate), in the event of a caption request, the file will be delivered in 3 hours to all the selected destinations, including those that will not receive the captions because they do not handle them.
