Quality Control (QC) - Momentary Loudness

Issue

The average level of the audio when measured over 400 milliseconds intervals is too loud.

Description

Whereas Average Loudness is measured over the entire duration of the file, Momentary Loudness is measured over 400ms intervals and cannot go beyond a specified limit.

Please check the Cape.io Advance TV File Specifications required for the region and Ad type you are trying to upload.

Fix

The audio level of the file needs to be adjusted. An Audio Loudness Measure should be used to check the level and adjust if needed. It may also be possible adjust the level of the audio on export.
