Sometimes, you may find that the Send button in the top right corner of Cape Advanced TV is greyed out or unavailable. Below are the most common reasons why this occurs and how to check your delivery status:
- No destinations have been added: The Send button will remain inactive until you have selected at least one destination for your campaign.
- The Send button has already been actioned: The button becomes inactive after it has been clicked.
- The Send button was clicked before files were uploaded: You can click Send on a campaign with destinations selected even before the ad files have been uploaded. In this scenario, as soon as the files are uploaded and pass our Quality Check (QC) system, they will be sent automatically. The button will be unavailable because the action is already queued.
Please note: If you choose to click Send before uploading your ads, they will be instantly sent out after they pass QC, even if the ad has been uploaded by a Collaborator. More information here: Collaborators.
How to check your delivery status
If the button is greyed out and you want to ensure your ad is on its way, you can easily verify its live status by having a look at The Delivery Page - Proof of Delivery.
