There is no central clearance in Spain. Broadcasters will clear the content themselves

Copy deadlines are 5 working days prior to the first airdate

Access Services

The Spanish market accepts Audio Description but not Closed Captions 

Spanish stations that accept Closed Captions and AD

SPA - Spanish (official language)

CAT - Catalan (co-official language, for Cataluña & Balearic Islands)

GLG - Galician (co-official language, for Galicia region only)

BAQ - Basque (co-official language, for País Vasco region only)
