ID Naming Convention
Spots should use an MBCID code if supplied on Media plans as the ID.
Most Media Plans however will not provide a MBCID, in this case the spot can be named as you wish.

Clearance
There is no central clearance in Belgium. Broadcasters will clear the content themselves
Deadlines
Copy deadlines are 5 working days prior to the first airdate.
Before bank holidays: 8 working days prior to the first airdate.
Deliveries to VAR: 10 working days prior to the first airdate.
Access Services
Belgium stations are not currently able to accept Closed Captions or Audio Description
Language/s
Flemish, French
Flemish channels will accept commercials in English without subtitles. French channels will require French subtitles for English commercials.
Misc
All commercials for drinks containing sugars and processed foods sent to RMB Channels have to contain Health Warnings. Belgium Health Warnings
All TV deliveries will be made via D-MAT
