Designate Media Agency Contacts to CMDeCo

1. After clicking on the relevant campaign, click on the building icon in the version grid (Designated Media Contacts).
   
   
   
   
2. A pop up will appear where you can enter the information of the sales representative who handles the media to be notified by CMDeCo.
   
   
   
3. Specify the media company and contact person
   Enter the name of the media company in the upper field and select from the dropdown menu
   Enter the name of the contact person at the media company in the lower field and select from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   
   ※If your candidate does not have a contact person
   Please contact our support via chat or email with the following information
   Name of the advertising company handling the media
   4-digit business code
   Contact person's name
   Contact person's email address
   
   
4. Click the "Add" button
   
   
   
   *If there is more than one person in charge at the same company, you can continue to enter your name in "Find Contact" to search and select
   
   
5. Activate the checkbox for "Online delivery available" and click
   Click the "Save" button.
   
   
6. The number of media ad companies you have saved is displayed on the building icon of the material frame.
   The ad will not be registered with CMDeCo until you click on the CMDeCo registration/authentication button.
