[Japan System Guide] Campaign Level MMA

When the same media handling representative is in charge of multiple creatives within a campaign, you can specify the media handling advertising company and representative at the campaign level rather than for each creative slot.

★Before you start★This does not apply to creatives created before this operation

Operation procedure (except for input fields, the operation is the same as the usual media handling advertising company specification) 

1. Create a campaign

2. Open the created campaign and click the "Media Handling Advertising Company Specification" button at the top right of the build icon

3. When the input dialog opens, ① enter the media handling advertising company name and select from the candidates, then ② enter the representative's name and select from the candidates

※If there are multiple representatives in the same company, you can continue to enter the name in "Search contact" to search and select.

! If nothing is displayed and you cannot select after entering the company name or representative's name, please ask via the chat at the bottom right of the screen or contact us by email:  support@jp.groupimd.com .

We will register your representative so that they appear as candidates, so please prepare the following information.

• Media handling advertising company name
• 4-digit business operator code
• Representative's full name
• Representative's email address

 4. If there are representatives from other media handling advertising companies, repeat step 3. After entering all representatives, check "Online delivery available" and click "Save".

※ It is also possible to save without checking "Online delivery available". In that case, please check it for each creative at the time of online authentication.

5. The number of advertising companies registered will be displayed on the "Media Handling Advertising Company Specification" button at the top right of the campaign

6. New creative slots will be created with the media handling advertising company specified

If changes are required for each creative, please click the "Media Handling Advertising Company Specification" on each creative to edit
